“ Went on a Friday night and it wasn’t too busy. They had fun board games and old arcade games that are free to play! This location also sells merch, unlike some of the smaller locations. I tried the Strawberry Oreo Milk tea and it was pretty good. The smoothie we got was a little thick but still good. Lots of parking and not too long of a wait for my drinks ”

“ Can't believe that Gong Cha is in Springfield! So used to visiting it in Flushing!!! Bubble Tea is great as usual and the space is much more open and welcoming than the NY locations. Must be the bigger space! And where else can you play older arcade games that work!?! Great drink, a quick sugar bite and a game! ”

“ Stopped by for a quick cold treat since we were on vacation in the area. Gong Cha always hits the spot. After ordering from the kiosk, it took about 5 minutes before our order was ready. Our drinks were just right. I wanted to try something new and ordered the Peach Green Milk Tea with Coconut Jellies which was good. The shop was cute, clean and well-lit and had two old school arcade games that you can play while waiting for your order. ”

“ Super excited for this location to become my regular go-to. The place is clean, modern, and inviting. Plenty of seating and games to play with friends. Staff are friendly and patient. I ordered a taro coconut milk drink and it was on point! The only criticism I have is that the boba pearls were not as fresh and smaller than the ones I’ve had at other locations (Eden center, Arlington, Annandale, and DC). Won’t knock them though, this is a still a new location! I’ll be back :) ”
